Terms of Service
Custom Orders
If you have specific requests for a piece I am happy to accommodate. Common customizations include colors, carving patterns, and shapes. Please note that due to the nature of glass, not all requests are possible or able to be perfectly replicated. I will do my best to bring your vision to life as best as possible. Please leave a detailed explanation using the contact form.
Lead Times
Each piece is molded and shaped by hand, which means there will never be another piece quite like yours. Due to various factors such as studio/equipment maintenance and scheduling, team availability, pending orders, material limitations/supply, and life, your piece may not be shipped or started (for custom orders) right away. The average lead time from order to tracking number is 2-4 weeks for normal orders or 4-6 weeks for custom orders. These are averages, so your wait time may be shorter or longer based on the factors above.
If you need your piece sooner (things happen), we may be able to get it done quicker. Please send me a message, and I will try to make it work.
Return, Refund, and Cancellation
Normal Orders
Normal orders are sculptures purchased directly through the online shop without notes or modifications to the order or pieces.
If a cancellation is made before the order is shipped, a full refund will be issued minus a 5% restocking fee for loss of packaging material.
Due to the delicate nature of glass, once the order is shipped, we are usually unable to accept returns and therefore unable to issue a refund.
Custom Orders
Before ever touching the molten glass a lot of material, time, and equipment were purchased to create your custom piece. If a refund is necessary the amount will depend on where we are in the process of creating your vision. There is a 30% minimum opportunity cost.
Due to the delicate nature of glass once the order is shipped returns and refunds are generally unable to be processed.
